Accommodating up to 16 passengers, 7 twin cabins with side-by-side beds and 1 double cabin are available. Each spacious stateroom has a private en-suite bathroom, reading lights, charging points, storage space, and individually controlled AC. The spacious indoor salon, bar, and dining room are located on the main deck, where the hotel-experienced chef prepares international and local cuisine to the highest standards. Three buffet meals per day plus snacks throughout the day are available. The M/Y Thunderbird offers ample room for relaxation with 3 partially shaded sundecks complete with sofas, bean bags, and loungers.

The stern of the boat is home to the spacious dive deck with rinse tanks, including a separate one for underwater cameras, individual gear storage, and wetsuit hanging facilities. Nitrox is available for those certified.
